Kobe and I have witnessed a lot of seasonal changes over the years and we both know what falling leaves portend.
This is the view from my bedroom window. The Liquidambar styraciflua (sweet gum) holds on to its beautiful leaves longer than the other trees.
I noticed on one of my note pads that the Choctaw words for “it is good” are achukma hoke–thought this interesting since you use these words on your blog. The trees and leaves are beautiful; my Joshua tree is barely beginning to change color–I will send a picture later
