I love heavenly magical moments: equinoxes, solstices, eclipses, meteor showers.
Of course, some are more spectacular than others:
Tomorrow is the summer solstice, the precise moment when the sun is at its highest point in the sky, Friday at 8:54 a.m. PDT. It marks the beginning of astronomical summer in the Northern Hemisphere. The longest day of the year.
Celebrate it.
If you are someplace where you can watch the sun rise or set, do that.
If it’s raining where you are, dance around in the rain.
Go to the shore. Or put your little boat in your little river.
Be grateful for the dependability of these moments.
Build a fire.
Or at the very least, put flowers in your hair and eat hotdogs and watermelon.
Never miss an opportunity to celebrate and fill your heart with gratitude.
